I'm drawn to problems that don't have obvious answers.

The kind where the hardest part isn't designing the interface—it's understanding the system behind it, uncovering what people actually need, and helping teams develop a shared understanding before moving toward solutions.

Some of these stories include polished products. Others document work that's still evolving. Together, they represent how my thinking has changed over the course of my career and the lessons I've carried from one project into the next.
