Understanding complex problems. Designing thoughtful products.
I help teams transform research, ambiguity, and complex systems into clear product strategy, scalable frameworks, and thoughtful customer experiences.
I'm currently rebuilding my portfolio to better reflect how my work has evolved—from designing interfaces to helping organizations understand complex problems, align stakeholders, and shape product strategy.
While new case studies are in progress, the work below represents earlier projects and the foundation of my design career.
New work focused on product discovery, strategy, enterprise planning, and AI-enabled collaboration is coming soon.
How I Think
I don't follow a fixed design process. Every problem demands a different approach. What stays constant is my commitment to understanding complexity, creating shared understanding, and helping teams make better decisions.
Understand
↓
I start by understanding the system—not just the request
Driven by passion, grounded by values. We're a team of passionate thinkers and doers, dedicated to building with purpose and clarity. Collaboration and curiosity drive everything we do.
Find Patterns
↓
Complexity becomes manageable when patterns emerge
Rather than collecting research for its own sake, I synthesize information into themes, mental models, opportunity areas, and strategic insights. My goal is to separate symptoms from root causes and uncover the principles that should guide product decisions.
Create Shared Understanding
↓
The best ideas only matter if people understand and support them
I use workshops, journey maps, frameworks, prototypes, diagrams, and visual storytelling to make complex thinking visible. Bringing stakeholders along throughout the process creates alignment, improves decisions, and builds momentum before significant investments are made.
Design With Systems in Mind
↓
Every solution becomes part of a larger ecosystem
Instead of optimizing individual screens, I think about how experiences connect across products, teams, and customer journeys. I look for opportunities to create reusable patterns, scalable frameworks, and consistent experiences that strengthen the overall system rather than solving a single isolated problem.
Learn & Evolve
Shipping is another opportunity to learn
Product design doesn't end at launch. I continue learning through customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and collaboration, refining both the product and my understanding of the problem. Every project leaves behind stronger products, better documentation, and reusable knowledge that helps future teams move faster.
